Seamless pipes rolling mill
CMC Sisak d.o.o produces Seamless pipes with state of the art hot pilger rolling technology. During our long history we defended our position in rolling technology and mechanical engineering through development.
Our Pilger rolling mill is carried out by a single pair of rolls and one mandrel.In the initial phase of production hot round steel billets are hollowed, then rolled and stretched until achieving desired length and diameter. The rest of the work is simply a matter of threading, stamping and painting. The pipe is now ready to be loaded and shipped as a finished product

Construction and Boiler Seamless Pipes are produced with 101,6 mm-355,6 mm outside diameter or 4 -14 with according wall thickness from 4,0 mm to 20,0 mm.Construction and Boiler Seamless Pipes are used in petrochemical, ship building and construction industry.

Line Pipes are produced according to standard API 5L with outside diameter from 3 1⁄2 to 14 , and wall thickness from 0.156 to 0.750Line pipes are used for oil, gas and water transmission

J -55 Modified Chemistry suitable for heat treatment to:L-80, N-80Q, P 110, P 110 HC, Q 125.
